We exist for the gap between AI hype and a working business, the space where tools get bought, pilots get demoed, and nothing changes on Tuesday morning.
Notma Intelligence is an AI integration and corporate training agency based in Nairobi, Kenya, founded by Hammton Ndeke in 2025. We help small and medium businesses across East Africa and worldwide integrate AI into their daily operations — from WhatsApp customer automation and M-Pesa reconciliation to workflow copilots and team training. We are model-agnostic, Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 compliant, and every system we build belongs to the client.
Built where the work is real
The last mile is our whole business.
Notma started with a pattern: brilliant Kenyan businesses, from traders and logistics firms to clinics and schools, drowning in manual work while being told AI was the future. The tools existed. The tutorials existed. What was missing was someone to wire AI into WhatsApp, M-Pesa, and the books, and train the team until it stuck.

Every system, prompt, and workflow we build is yours. Model-agnostic, no lock-in, documented handover.
Adoption first
Technology without adoption is a cost center. Training is step three of the method.
