This notice explains the information Notma Intelligence receives through this website, why it is used, and how to ask a privacy question.

Who is responsible

Notma Intelligence is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hammtonndeke@gmail.com.

Information you provide

The contact form may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, team size, workflow interest, and any notes you choose to submit. Do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers and transfers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact-form messages are transmitted through Resend to Notma Intelligence. Blog content is delivered through Supabase. Website analytics may be provided by Google Analytics when configured. These providers may process data outside Kenya under their own security and contractual arrangements.

Analytics and external services

Analytics, if enabled, records aggregated information such as pages viewed, device category, approximate location, and referral source. The site also links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, GitHub, Notion, and other external websites; their privacy notices govern activity on their services.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing the address above. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and governing law.

Security and legal review

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is risk-free. This operational notice should be reviewed whenever data flows, providers, or legal obligations change.
