Editorial and AI use policy

The Notma Brief exists to help working businesses make better decisions about AI. Clear evidence matters more than publishing volume.

Editorial responsibility

Notma Intelligence is the publisher. Hammton Ndeke is the publishing and corrections contact. Articles are attributed to a person only when that person is responsible for the final review; otherwise the publisher is shown as the author.

How AI tools are used

AI tools may assist with research discovery, outlines, drafting, transcription, or editing. They are not treated as factual sources. Before publication, important claims should be checked against the cited source, and automated structured data must match the visible article.

Source standard

• Official documentation, laws, regulators, standards bodies, and original research are preferred.
• Statistics should name the publisher, report, and date and link to the primary source when available.
• Vendor studies and creator frameworks may be useful hypotheses but are not presented as search-engine rules or independent fact.
• Client results require approval and enough context to explain the baseline, period, scope, and measurement method.
• Illustrative examples must be labelled and are not represented as customer outcomes.

Corrections and updates

Material corrections should update the visible article, its modification date, and—where useful—a correction note. Send a correction request with the article URL and supporting source to hammtonndeke@gmail.com.

Commercial transparency

The Notma Brief is published by a company that sells AI consulting, integration, and training. Service links may appear in articles. Recommendations should still explain limits, alternatives, and situations where a simpler process or non-AI automation is the better choice.

What we do not do

We do not buy fake reviews, create artificial mentions, publish invented case studies, promise search rankings or AI citations, or create encyclopedic profiles before independent notability exists.
